We oversee the preparation of study plans, feasibility studies and cost estimate statements. We determine the staffing requirements for project initiation and prepare documentation and requests for tenders, participation and quotations related to execution. We acquire official permits required for the implementation of construction plans. On the basis of the technical expertise, skills, references and offer, we select the general or main contractor and the technical supervisor of the construction and co-ordinate their activities throughout the construction project.
